  10. It is difficult for students to visualize 
  11. the behavior of gases on the molecular 
  12. level.  This program allows the student 
  13. to see a graphical representation of 
  14. molecular motion of gases and how 
  15. changing pressure, temperature, volume, 
  16. and moles can affect that motion.  The 
  17. Automatic section of the program will take 
  18. them through a step by step process where 
  19. parameters are changed and the effect on 
  20. the system can be visualized as the changes 
  21. occur.  A laboratory that can be used with 
  22. the automatic portion of the program is 
  23. included with the registered version.  
  24. (See register.txt).  The ideal gas law can 
  25. be examined as well as the Maxwell-Boltzmann 
  26. distribution of molecular kinetic energy as 
  27. temperature is changed.  The  manual   
  28. portion of the program allows the student to 
  29. vary pressure, moles, volume, and temperature 
  30. as they desire to see the effects on the system.
